FedElf was founded by two former employees in the letter filing and wish management divisions of Santa’s workshop. After the lost letter fiasco of 2015, Shep Kringlesnap and Boop Marblebutt saw a unique opportunity to bring sophisticated, lean logistics and cloud infrastructure to the Pole. Now in their third season, the team at FedElf is hoping to deliver more wishes to Santa than ever before.
